  • Accessing SharePoint site with instant alias

    It seems that currently it is not possible to access a SharePoint site created by DNP through its instant alias. Could this functionality be integrated into DNP?

    I had the same issue with the WSS installed as a web-front. I was not able to acces the first SP site created by DNP. What I have done: change the AppPool from ASP.NET (NS) to MSSharePointAppPool (SystemLocal) logged in to SP site with created user change back the AppPool from to MSSharePointAppPool...

    I have never used WSS before but am interested since everyone is talking about it. I currently have 2 servers (one for web and sql server, the other for mail) and i want to put WSS on the same server as email to simply ballance the load. I know this is possible since it is just in the server config area...
