Sub-Domain and Domain pointer

Hello, We have setup new DNP with version 2.8.12, we are unable to add sub-domains and domain alias [ Add new Pointer ] through control panel interface. Is it new bug again ? Can anyone assist in it ?

Users can access other users spaces with FTP - bug or a rights problem?

Domain Pointers

Hi Guys, After upgrading to the 2.8.7 version of DNP i have been unable to use the domain pointers feature in the websites and the mail domains. Does anyone else have this problem or can someone tell me how a domain needs to be setup so that you can use the pointer feature?

Logo Images

Hi All, Since i upgraded to the latest versions of DNP (2.8.6 or 2.8.7) i have had several problems getting the logo to display in Internet Explorer 6. I used to edit the file \App_Themes\Default\Images.skin so that we could rename the images to whatever we wanted and use whatever file type we wanted...

Hi Nina Our installation of DNP is working pretty good, I have found a few bugs but no show stoppers. We just moved our last HostingAccelerator customer into DNP. I would not recommend dropping DNP after getting used to the change almost everyone of our customers has complimented it. Following the results...

Directhostinguk, Changing signup checkout flow will fix the problem : no newbie user account nor services will be created until the successful return from PayPal (or other payment gateway). So in order to create 100+ newbie accounts they have to pay 100+ times… Ebsolut, Captcha wouldn’t fix the problem...
