  • Sub-Domain and Domain pointer

    Hello, We have setup new DNP with version 2.8.12, we are unable to add sub-domains and domain alias [ Add new Pointer ] through control panel interface. Is it new bug again ? Can anyone assist in it ?

  • Account Suspended!!

    Hi Guys, I thought I would just test the Account Suspension settings within DNP just to see what happens and make sure it all works correctly. However, come the day of Suspension I now have no data showing in the Control Panel for this customer at all (its alright though as its only a test account)....

  • Domain Pointers

    Hi Guys, After upgrading to the 2.8.7 version of DNP i have been unable to use the domain pointers feature in the websites and the mail domains. Does anyone else have this problem or can someone tell me how a domain needs to be setup so that you can use the pointer feature?

    Hi All, Since i upgraded to the latest versions of DNP (2.8.6 or 2.8.7) i have had several problems getting the logo to display in Internet Explorer 6.   • Instant Alias stopped working in 2.8.5

    I found a part of my solution. I deleted the state files in " x:\Dotnerpanel\server\LogParser\web\ " and run de scheduled task again. The only thing that he is counting is mail, so I'm missing the bandwidth of the web...? is there a solution for that?
