Unable to create a user with FileZilla FTP Server

I get this when I try to create a new FTP user. Everything else seems to work and I have checked that the registry key is correct with the install location. This has been fixed. I must have only searched the bottom half of the registry for Keys to update. Sure enough, there was still at least one registry key set to c:\program files (x86)\Filezilla Server. After updating all of the registry keys to the new FileZilla location, DNP works beautifully.
