This has been fixed. I must have only searched the bottom half of the registry for Keys to update. Sure enough, there was still at least one registry key set to c:\program files (x86)\Filezilla Server. After updating all of the registry keys to the new FileZilla location, DNP works beautifully. I use FileZilla for FTP and I set it up with DNP. I selected the option to have DNP build the UNC path to the HostingSpaces directory on the web server.
