Delete user and space not working correctly

Hi Guys, We have upgraded to the latest 2.8.5 and have tested an issue that has been around for quite some time. When a user account or hosting space within the account is deleted it does not delete all of the relevant items within the space. I.E. it does not delete the database(s) (MS SQL or MySQL)...

Create an FTP account with the same name as Customer Account Name

H, When you create a hosting space you get the option to create an FTP account with the same name and password as the user. How do you do this after the hosting space has been created? Master FTP Account

As a web design agency that administrates its own servers, my company and I started using DNP not long ago. Instead of creating multiple FTP accounts on the server, we wanted to create a single FTP account that gives us access to all web sites on the server. Is there a way to do this through DNP?
