How do you customize a theme for a particular reseller?

I have a couple of resellers that are wanting to customize their DNP interface, and they want the custom interface (change logo, maybe colors) to load for all of their users. Once upon a time, I read somewhere that this was possible with DNP, but I haven't been able to find further details on it...

Send all "overage" type email to sys admin, not individual clients

Is there a place in DNP where we can specify that all overage emails should go to one specific email address? We don't want our clients to have to deal with them and would prefer to monitor the overages ourselves. Is there a global setting, or do we need to go into each client/site and specify it...

Deleting customer being a reseller failed
